Replacement & Exchanges


Replacements are approved at the discretion of Beautilux US. If approved, the item must be replaced for something of equal or greater value. Customer assumes responsibility for any additional costs including shipping and handling.

One time exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Prior notice must be given to Beautilux US. Customer assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling charges.

To receive credit for the exchange, hair must be in the same condition as when it was received. (original condition & packaging, unwashed, unused)

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted. When shipping back your items, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. 

Please note exchanges include a 10% restocking fee and reshipping fees.
