QuadPay is an installment payment platform that lets you pay for your purchase using a credit or debit card. QuadPay automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments, every two weeks. QuadPay empowers our Beauti Fam to buy now and pay over time!
By using QuadPay you have the opportunity to split your Beautilux purchase into four (4) easy installments and pay for your order over time, instead of all-at-once.
QuadPay will ask for your name, address, date of birth, a US mobile number, and a US debit or credit card for sign up. Additionally, QuadPay requires a mobile phone number and text message verification to get started instead of having a traditional username and password.
Each transaction is assessed before it is approved and QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay considers a variety of factors to determine approvals and spend limits. If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all your repayments in time, you’ll likely receive a higher limit than someone who is a new customer.

It’s easy! Sign up while you checkout on the Beautilux US website. For the initial sign up, QuadPay will ask for your date of birth, a US mobile number and a US debit or credit card. Once you’ve entered your information, you'll know if you are approved instantly!
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:

• Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
• Use a US credit or debit card to make a purchase

QuadPay notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.
Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.
No worries, Beautibabe! Just be sure to notify QuadPay to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can’t make your next payment. You may contact QuadPay by clicking here. Please note that QuadPay will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored.
Installment payments are automatic, however, QuadPay will charge a late fee in certain instances such as if your payment cannot be processed because your debit card account has insufficient funds or your credit card is no longer valid.
In such instances, QuadPay will charge a $7 late fee after the first missed payment on each installment. If any installment goes past 7 days late, there will be a single additional fee per order of $7. If your payment is denied in error, you can contact QuadPay Support by submitting a request at https://help.quadpay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
QuadPay associates your card with your order when you first complete the checkout process for that order. If you need to change which payment method is used for future installments, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given order. This will cause all further installments for that order to be billed against your new card.
Log into the Customer Portal at https://customer.quadpay.com.Go to the Orders Page and click View Order for the order you would like to change.Click Edit next to the payment card.Select the card you’d like to use, and click “Use this Card”.
Note: You will need to repeat this process for each order you would like to change to a new card. If you would like to use a card not yet associated with your QuadPay account, you will need to add that card to your account first before associating it with the order.

There is a $1 per-installment fee to use QuadPay, regardless of the size of your order. As long as your installments are paid on-time, there are no other fees to shop with QuadPay.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you order on a Friday then your order will be processed on the next business day)
All Domestic shipments take 5-8 business days. All International shipments take 7-10 business days depending on location.

A full sew-in weave with our 100% Virgin Human Hair would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2-3 packs of hair for lengths 14” to 18” and 3-4 packs for lengths 20″ to 26". Longer lengths will require an additional bundle. Each bundle weighs approx 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.”
All virgin hair comes in its natural color of 1B/2(natural black/dark brown) We do not offer custom coloring at this time.
This is 100% Virgin Human Hair that has not been processed in any way. You can color the hair, however, once virgin hair has been treated, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
Our customers can generally use our hair for 6-12 months- sometimes longer depending on care.
Shampoo your hair once every 3 1/2 weeks
Use shampoo no higher than pH7
Do not massage
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up to scalp
Rinse conditioner thoroughy
Let air dry
Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look
For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
Let air dry
Style as desired
If you add any coloring or chemicals to your hair extensions after ordering, you may damage the hair. Beautilux US is not responsible for damages resulting from alterations made to the original product.
